Maintaining Curly Synthetic hair
The joy of wearing hair extensions is you can have long flowing hair like rapunzel over night and keep your hair protected from daily styling. Curly synthetic hair is my favourite hair to wear, its dead cheap and keeps it shape as long as you dont put any heat on it. Right now the style I'm wearing is crochet braids with model model water wave hair ,this synthetic hair is great its soft and looks so natural when installed. The key to keeping it looking great is detangling everyday and spraying a bit of braid sheen or wig spray every few days.
The way I detangle my hair extensions is to separate detangle pieces of the hair and cut out knots if necessary . I co wash my hair and extensions but only put the conditioner on my cornrows and scalp . I always separate the extensions in to three ponytails before washing the hair , so l can get to my scalp easier, as long extensions make it hard to get to the scalp ,when washing the hair. I use herbal essences to co wash i'll rub the conditoner into my scalp and cornrows, then I rinse the conditioner out and tie my hair up in a towel ( please don't use cheap towels as the fluff of the fabric will stick to your hair and your spend the whole night picking out fluff from your hair). I let my hair dry, then oil my scalp lightly. I wash one to two times a week but my hair still looks great.
To maintain you long extensions hair at night loosely braid your hair into two braids or wear a high ponytail to stop the hair getting detangled.
These tips should keep your hair looking like rapunzel.
